Who would you like to wear your designs? I'm trying to attract the young lady that stays out late drinking cocktails, dancing freely to all kinds of music, only to wake up in the morning wearing the same dress and hits the beach or pool to do it all over again.
What inspired you to enter the fashion industry? At the age of about 13, I was inspired to create the types of clothes I couldn’t find in stores, let alone afford at that age. I want to make this type of fun clothes that all ages can feel alive in.
What is your favourite fabric? My favourite fabric is chiffon because it can be transformed into so many things and different styles. It's so diverse.
If one of your outfits were a drink, what would you call it? The Sunset Electric!
Do you have any advice for aspiring fashion designers? Nike has said it best — Just do it. Oh, and read the book “Fashion Designer Survival Guide” — it's awesome.
